If you need to modify your order, please contact us via WhatsApp to check if the item has already been processed. If it hasn’t, we will make the necessary changes for you.
The total order price is 230 AED, which includes shipping fees (25 AED) and taxes.
Orders typically take 3-5 days to arrive. However, they may arrive earlier depending on courier availability, holidays, and order volume.
Currently, we only ship within the UAE. International shipping is not available due to tax regulations, but you can personally carry your order while traveling.
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us on WhatsApp with proof (photos/videos). We will either resolve the issue or refund your payment, deducting the delivery fees.
If a refund is necessary, the amount will be processed once the issue is verified, minus the shipping charges.
